About the Founder
Why I Built AIBG
I started out as a carpenter’s assistant before joining the British Army’s Royal Engineers, where I qualified as a plumbing and gas engineer and led teams of up to 12 across UK and overseas operations. After leaving the military, I moved into financial services with a major corporate bank — first running compliance training for global teams, then business oversight for UK operations, where I saw firsthand how structured processes protect a business and how unstructured ones quietly drain it. I now work in real estate finance, where I’ve watched AI transform how corporates handle the operational heavy lifting that used to consume entire teams.
I built AIBG to bring that same operational discipline to UK trade businesses. I know the trades from the inside, and I know how rigorous, well-structured operations create real commercial value. My job is to find the one process that’s quietly costing you time, money or clients — and eliminate it.
